Liza Fulton CFC, CSA, President of Insurance & Wellness in the Rockies (IWR) is a company offering Wellness and Insurance Benefits to help provide financial security and peace of mind to employees and individuals.

Insurance
IWR specializes in Long Term Care Insurance, Supplemental Insurance (disability, life, accident, cancer, critical illness and hospital income), Pre-Paid Legal Services and Identity Theft.

Wellness
IWR offers an on-line Wellness Program through My Wellchoice+ that includes a Health Risk Assessment, Nutrition, Exercise and Lifestyle modification programs. It also offers interactive coaching and children and teen programs. This program is complemented with nutrition and other wellness seminars, provided upon request.

Individual Wellness Services include Nutrition Consulting, Iridology Readings and Bio-Survey Body Scans. Liza Fulton holds a B. A. in Holistic Nutrition and is a graduate of Clayton College for Natural Health. She is a Certified Iridologist and offers a consulting practice with an emphasis on education about the natural healing powers of the body when supported with proper nutrition and herbal supplementation.

Healthy Retreat Packages are provided through IWR and the Best Kept Secret B & B in Glenwood Springs. These packages provide a nice break for the busy executive or can be anyone’s retreat designed to revitalize body, mind and spirit.
